肌内效贴配合腹针治疗卒中后肩手综合征的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of kinesio combined with abdominal acupuncture on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

目的评价肌内效贴配合腹针治疗卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法将2018年8月~2019年12月于广州市第十二人民医院及广东省中医院珠海分院收治的卒中后肩手综合征患者共90例,采取随机分组方式分为对照组、腹针组及治疗组,每组各30例。对照组予单纯现代康复训练,腹针组在对照组基础上予腹针治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予肌内效贴合腹针治疗,共治疗3周。分别比较三组治疗前后的临床表现及手部肿胀程度、VAS评分、UEFT评分、MBI评分的数据变化以评估肌内效贴合腹针治疗卒中后肩手综合征的疗效。结果三组治疗后手部肿胀程度、VAS评分、UEFT评分、MBI评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗后手部肿胀程度及VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗后总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无论是单纯现代康复训练或腹针结合现代康复训练,还是肌内效贴合腹针结合现代康复训练,对于治疗卒中后肩手综合征均可有效缓解相关症状,改善肢体运动功能,有助于提高生活质量。在现代康复训练基础上加用肌内效贴合腹针治疗于缓解患肢疼痛及肿胀程度方面效果更显著。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of kinesio combined with abdominal acupuncture on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods From August 2018 to December 2019,a total of 90 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke admitted to Guangzhou 12th Municipal People's Hospital and Zhuhai Branch of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomLy divided into the control group(n=30),the abdominal acupuncture group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30).The control group was given single modern rehabilitation training,the abdominal acupuncture group was given abdominal acupuncture on the basis of the control group,and the treatment group was given kinesio combined with abdominal acupuncture on the basis of the control group,with treatment period for 3 weeks.The clinical manifestations,hand swelling degrees,VAS scores,UEFT scores and MBI scores of the three groups were compared before and after treatment,so as to evaluate the efficacy of kinesio combined with abdominal acupuncture in treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Results There were significant differences in hand swelling degrees,VAS scores,UEFT scores and MBI scores between the three groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the degrees of hand swelling and VAS scores among the three groups were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates among the three groups were statistically signifcant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Whether it is single modern rehabilitation training,abdominal acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation training,or kinesio combined with abdominal acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation training,it effectively relieves related symptoms,improves limb motor function and raises the life quality after stroke.On the basis of modern rehabilitation training,kinesio combined with abdominal acupuncture are more significantly effective in relieving pain and swelling of affected limbs.
