运用《金匮要略》“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”治疗疑难心衰病320例

目的探讨运用《金匮要略》“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”治疗大法治疗疑难心衰病的效果。方法临床运用该治疗大法治疗疑难心衰病。结果320例疑难心衰病患者,经治疗后总有效率达98.13%。结论运用《金匮要略》“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”治疗大法治疗疑难心衰病,效果理想,具推广价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of"treating the disease of phlegm-fluid retention with warm drugs"in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Methods Difficult heart failure was treated in clinic by applying this therapeutic method.Results After treatment,the total efficacy rate of 320 patients with difficult heart failure reached 98.13%.Conclusion It has ideal therapeutic efficacy and is worthy of promotion to apply the Synopsis of Golden Chamber and to treat difficult heart failure referring"treating the disease of phlegm-fluid retention with warm drugs".
