摘要 目的探讨来曲唑(LE)和克罗米芬(CC)两种促排卵药物联合低剂量促性腺激素(Gn)的微刺激方案对卵巢储备功能减退患者接受体外受精-胚胎移植结局的影响。方法选取2019年3月~2020年3月本院收治的120例卵巢储备功能减退患者,随机分为两组,CC组采用CC+Gn,LE组采用LE+Gn,比较两组患者一般资料和临床治疗结局。结果两组患者年龄、不育年限等一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),LE组HCG日内膜厚度明显高于CC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LE组临床结局优于CC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑联合低剂量促性腺激素促排卵方案对于卵巢储备功能减退患者效果更加显著,提高胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率,降低移植周期取消率,临床结局更优。 Objective To investigate the effect of letrozole(LE)and clomifen(CC)combined with low dose gonadotropin(Gn)micro-stimulation protocol on the outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction.Methods A total of 120 patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The CC group was treated with CC+Gn,while the LE group was treated with LE+Gn.The general data and clinical outcomes of patients in the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,infertility years and other clinical data(P>0.05).The daily intimal thickness of HCG in LE group was significantly higher than that in CC group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical outcome of LE group was better than that of CC group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LE combined with low dose gonadotropin ovulation inducing scheme has a more significant effect on patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction.It improves embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate,reduces the rate of cancellation of transplantation cycles and has better clinical outcomes.
