维生素AD联合锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻病的疗效

Therapeutic efficacy of vitamin AD combined with zinc preparation in adjuvant treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的探讨对小儿腹泻病患儿采取维生素AD联合锌制剂进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院于2016年12月~2017年12月收治的小儿腹泻病患儿196例,按照随机数字表法将其分为单一组和联合组,每组各98例。单一组仅采取维生素AD滴剂进行治疗,联合组则采取维生素AD联合锌制剂治疗。观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率(96.94%)高于单一组(89.80%),联合组感染性疾病发生率(4.08%)低于单一组(12.24%);联合组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+细胞免疫功能指标高于单一组,而CD8+低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿腹泻病患儿采取维生素AD联合锌制剂进行治疗,不仅能够减少感染性疾病的发生,还能够显著提高患儿的免疫力,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vitamin AD combined with zinc preparation in adjuvant treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 196 children with infantile diarrhea admitted to and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly div ided into the single group(n=98)and the combined group(n=98)according to random number table method.The single group was treated with vitamin AD drops only,while the combined group was treated with vitamin AD combined with zinc preparation.The therapeutic efficacies were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.94%,which was higher than 89.80%in the single group,and the infection rate in the combined group was 4.08%,which was lower than 12.24%in the single group.The immune function indexes of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+cells in the combined group were higher than those in the single group,while CD8+was lower than that in the single group.And the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of vitamin AD with zinc preparation for infantile diarrhea can not only reduce the incidence of infectious diseases,but also significantly improve the immunity of children and the clinical therapeutic efficacy.
