PBL与比较性护理查房在创伤骨科护理中的应用

Application of PBL and comparative nursing ward round in trauma orthopedics nursing

目的探讨问题式学习法(PBL)与比较性护理查房方式在创伤骨科护理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年4月~2020年4月我院56名创伤骨科医护生进行前瞻性分析,采用电脑随机数字表法分组,每组各28名,对照组给予常规护理查房方式,观察组采用PBL与比较性护理查房方式。比较两组医护生护理查房考核成绩、批判性思维能力评分以及对护理查房方式的满意度。结果两组医护生理论知识及一级查房考核成绩比较,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护生批判性思维能力总分及各项因子评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护生对护理查房实施过程、讨论分组等各项满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL与比较性护理查房在创伤骨科护理中的应用,能够提高医护生理论及实践技能,培养批判性思维,可予以推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of PBL and comparative nursing ward round in trauma orthopedics nursing.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,a total of 56 medical students admitted to trauma orthopedics department of our hospital were selected for prospective analysis,and they were divided into the control group(n=28)and the observation group(n=28)by computer random number table method.The control group was given conventional nursing ward round method,while the observation group was given PBL and comparative nursing ward round method.The scores of nursing ward round,critical thinking ability and satisfactory degree with nursing ward round were compared between the two groups.Results After comparison,the theoretical knowledge and first-class ward round examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.The total score of critical thinking ability and the scores of all factors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.The satisfactory degrees of medical students in the observation group on the implementation process and discussion grouping of nursing ward round were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of PBL and comparative nursing ward round in trauma orthopedics nursing improve the theoretical and practical skills of medical students and cultivate critical thinking,which should be promoted.
