运用品管圈管理提高病区护士压疮危险因子Braden评分合格率的效果

Effects of applying quality control circle management on improving the qualified rate of Braden score of bedsores risk factors in wards nurses

目的探究运用品管圈提高病区护士压疮危险因子Braden评分合格率的效果。方法我院于2018年4月开始在干部保健一科实施品管圈管理。于实施前(2018年3月)随机抽取30例住院患者进行分析,把握压疮风险评估现状。实施后(2018年4~10月)每月各随机抽取30例住院患者进行分析,计算其Braden评分合格率。结果实施品管圈后住院患者的Braden压疮评分合格率有明显提升,并于8月份顺利达到目标值73%,较3月份的27%比较有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.849,P<0.05);实施品管圈后的压疮风险评估缺陷问题发生率呈明显下降趋势,至6月份开始评估缺陷问题的总发生率为33.33%,显著低于实施前的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.081,P<0.05);实施品管圈管理至9月份时,难免压疮漏报为0、难免压疮错报率为3.33%及压疮发生率为3.33%,均显著低于实施前的16.67%、36.67%、20.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用品管圈可有效提高病区护士对于住院患者压疮危险因子Braden评分的准确性,从而有效预防压疮的发生。

Objective To investigate the effects of applying quality control circle(QCC)on improving the qualified rate of Braden score of bedsores risk factors in wards nurses.Methods In April 2018,QCC management was begun to be implemented in department I of cadre health care in our hospital.Before the implementation(March 2018),30 inpatients were randomly selected for analysis to grasp the present situation of bedsores risk assessment.After the implementation(from April to October 2018),another 30 inpatients were randomly selected monthly for analysis,and the qualified rate of Braden score was calculated.Results After the implementation of QCC,the qualified rate of Braden bedsores score of inpatients was obviously improved,and reached to the target value of 73%in August,which was significantly improved compared with 27%in March,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.849,P<0.05).After the implementation of QCC,the total incidence of defects in bedsores risk assessment showed a significant downward trend,which was 33.33%in June,significantly lower than 80.00%before QCC implementation,with a statistically significant difference(χ2=13.081,P<0.05).After the implementation of QCC management in September,the inevitable miss reporting rate of bedsores(0),the inevitable misreporting rate of bedsores(3.33%)and the incidence of bedsores(3.33%)were significantly lower than 16.67%,36.67%and 20.00%before implementation respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QCC can effectively improve the accuracy of wards nurses'Braden score on the risk factors of bedsores in inpatients,thus effectively prevent the occurrence of bedsores.
