快速康复护理联合体位管理对人工髋关节置换术后患肢功能恢复及预后的影响

Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with body position management on the functional rehabilitation and prognosis of the affected limb after artificial hip replacement

目的探究快速康复护理联合体位管理对人工髋关节置换术后患肢功能恢复及预后的影响。方法选取2017年2月~2019年3月本院行人工髋关节置换术的患者136例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各68例。对照组采用常规性护理,研究组则采用快速康复护理与体位管理联合方案,分析两组髋关节功能、生活质量及术后并发症的情况。结果护理前两组髋关节功能(Harris)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组Harris评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组并发症总发生率为5.9%,低于对照组的17.6%(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术后采用快速康复护理与体位管理联合方案可显著提升髋关节功能,改善患者预后,降低术后并发症发生率,值得在骨科中普及推广及深入研究。

Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with body position management on the functional rehabilitation and prognosis of the affected limb after artificial hip replacement.Methods A total of 136 patients admitted to our hospital for artificial hip replacement from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=68)and the control group(n=68).The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with body position management.Hip function,quality of life(QoL)and postoperative complications were analyzed in the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Harris score between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the Harris score and the QoL score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total complication rate of the study group was 5.9%lower than that of the control group(17.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with body position management after artificial hip replacement can significantly improve the hip function and the prognosis of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of popularization and in-depth study in orthopedics.
