母乳哺育支持护理体系对改善初产妇母乳喂养效果的探讨

Exploration of the effect of breastfeeding support nursing system on improving the breast feeding effect of primiparas

目的观察母乳哺育支持护理体系对改善初产妇母乳喂养效果。方法选取我院2017年6月~2019年6月收治的88例初产妇为本研究对象,按照双色球随机原则将初产妇分为对照组(44例,未应用母乳哺育支持护理体系)与试验组(44例,应用母乳哺育支持护理体系),比较两组初产妇干预效果。结果试验组初产妇出院时、出院1个月、3个月以及6个月母乳喂养率以及自我效能感量表(GSES)得分均高于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组初产妇的护理满意度为95.46%,高于对照组的79.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇母乳哺育支持护理体系干预效果明显优于常规护理。

Objective To observe the effect of breastfeeding support nursing system on improving the breast feeding of primiparas.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,a total of 88 primiparas admitted to and treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of research.According to the principle of two-color ball randomization,the primiparas were divided into the control group(n=44),to which breastfeeding support nursing system was not applied,and the experimental group(n=44),to which breastfeeding support nursing system was applied,and the intervention effect was compared between the two groups of primiparas.Results The breast feeding rate and the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of the primiparas in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at the time of discharge,1m,3m and 6m after discharge,and the differences of data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing among the primiparas in the experimental group(95.46%)was higher than that in the control group(79.54%),and the difference of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of breastfeeding support nursing system on primiparas is obviously better than that of conventional nursing.
