摘要
目的探讨阶段性健康教育在耳鼻喉科护理中的应用。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院耳鼻喉科收治的患者66例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用阶段性健康教育,比较两组自我效能和焦虑、抑郁评分。结果研究组与对照组的自我效能评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组与对照组的SDS及SAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性健康教育在耳鼻喉科护理中的应用效果显著,有效提高耳鼻喉科患者的自我效能和降低焦虑、抑郁评分,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of stage health education in ENT nursing.Methods A total of 66 patients admitted to the ENT department of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine obstetric nursing,while the study group was treated with stage health education.The scores of self-efficacy,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The difference of self-efficacy between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference of SDS and SAS scores between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of periodical health education in otolaryngology nursing is remarkable,which can effectively improve ENT patients'self-efficacy and reduce the scores of anxiety and depression,so it should be popularized and applied.
