关节镜下松解手术治疗肘关节屈伸功能障碍的疗效分析

Analysis on therapeutic efficacy of arthroscopic release operation on elbow flexion and extension dysfunction

目的分析关节镜下松解手术治疗肘关节屈伸功能障碍的疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2019年1月本院收治的肘关节屈伸功能障碍患者60例,将其随机编号,利用抽签法分对照组和试验组,每组各30例,前者给予切口松解治疗,后者给予关节镜下松解手术治疗,比较两组治疗前后活动度、关节功能情况,统计分析并发症发生情况。结果患者术后随访6~9个月,平均(7.22±1.43)个月,两组术前肘关节平均最大屈曲角度、旋前角度、旋后角度和伸直角度、Mayo评分组间进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后与治疗前比较均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较对照组更大,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组并发症率为0,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肘关节屈伸功能障碍患者治疗中,关节镜下松解手术治疗能够促进患者关节功能恢复,改善其活动度,术后并发症率较低,安全性理想,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of arthroscopic release operation on elbow flexion and extension dysfunction.Methods A total of 60 patients with elbow flexion and extension dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 as the research period were selected for research.They were randomly numbered and divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)by the lottery method.The former was treated with incision release operation and the latter was treated with arthroscopic release operation.The range of motion and joint function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidences of complications were statistically analyzed.Results Patients were followed up for 6-9 months after operation,with an average of(7.22±1.43)months.There were no statistically significant differences in the average maximum flexion angle,pronation angle,supination angle and extension angle of elbow joint and Mayo score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),and they were obviously higher after treatment than before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,the control group was greater in comparison between groups,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 0,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with elbow flexion and extension dysfunction,arthroscopic release operation can promote the recovery of joint function and improve its range of motion,with low incidence of complications after operation.Therefore,it has ideal security and is worth recommending.
