The best evidence summary for nursing management of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy

[目的]遴选并获取妊娠期恶心呕吐护理管理的相关证据,并对证据进行最佳证据总结。[方法]使用计算机检索Up to Date、JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、Micromedex、美国指南网、BMJ、英国国家临床医学研究所、中国指南网、the Cochrane Library、ACCN、CINAHL、Web of Science、PubMed、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中妊娠期恶心呕吐病人护理管理相关文献,文献类型包括指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价、Meta分析、原始研究。由2名研究员对纳入的文献进行评价,并对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取。[结果]共纳入16篇符合质量标准的文献,包括4篇指南、1篇证据总结、1篇专家共识、7篇系统评价、1篇Meta分析、1篇随机对照试验、1篇队列研究试验,最终获取了23条有关于妊娠期恶心呕吐护理管理的最佳证据。[结论]妊娠期恶心呕吐护理管理应通过病人评估结果,以判断病人妊娠期恶心呕吐症状及严重程度,从而进行非药物治疗或药物治疗,且应注重对病人进行认知干预、心理干预及行为干预。

Objective:To select and obtain the evidence on management of patients with nausea and vomiting during pregnancy,and summarize the best available evidence.Methods:Up to Date,JBI,Micromedex,NGC,BMJ,NICE,Chinese guideline,the Cochrane Library,ACCN,CINAHL,Web of Science,PubMed,China national knowledge network,CBM were retrieved by computer to collect evidence on management of patients with nausea and vomiting during pregnancy,including guidelines,evidence summary,expert consensus,systematic review,Meta-analysis,and original studies.The researches evaluated the included literature and extracted evidence from the litrature that met the quality standards.Results:A total of 16 articles were included,including 4 pieces of guideline,1 pieces of evidence summary,1 pieces of expert consensus,7 pieces of systematic evaluation,1 pieces of Meta-analysis,1 pieces of RCT,and 1 pieces of cohort study.Finally,23 pieces of best evidence were summarized.Conclusion:Nursing management of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy should be based on patient evaluation results to determine the severity of symptoms in patients with nausea and vomiting during pregnancy,and non-drug therapy or drug therapy,and attention should be paid to cognitive intervention,psychological intervention and behavioral intervention.
