电动汽车锂离子电池生热及热失控仿真设计方法

摘要 锂离子电池的生热和热失控热性是影响电动汽车使用和安全性的重要条件。文章介绍了锂离子电池的生热及热失控机理,分析了其影响因素,给出了生热仿真分析步骤和方法。指出合理的仿真分析,可以优化电池热管理系统设计,缩短设计周期,节约设计成本。 Heat generation and thermal runaway of li-ion battery is an important condition affecting the use and safety of electric vehicles.This paper introduces the heat generation and thermal runaway mechanism of li-ion battery,analyzes the influencing factors,and gives the simulation analysis steps and methods of heat generation.It is pointed out that reasonable simulation analysis can optimize the design of battery thermal management system,shorten the design cycle and save the design cost.
