摘要
通过三维建模软件UG对半挂车车架建立三维模型,再利用中间格式IGS将简化后的三维模型导入到ANSYS Workbench中进行前处理然后分析其结果。对典型工况进行静力分析得到半挂车车架的总变形量云图和等效应力云图,以此来判断车辆是否能够安全稳定行驶;通过模态分析研究其各阶固有频率,避免共振,为设计的合理化提供理论支持。
The 3D modeling software UG is used to build 3D models of semi-trailer frames,and the medium format IGS is used for preprocessing and analysis of results by importing simplified 3D models into ANSYS Workbench.To determine if the vehicle can drive safely and reliably,static analysis of typical working conditions is used to obtain a full strain cloud map and an equivalent stress cloud map of the semi-trailer frame.The natural frequencies of each order are studied through modal analysis to avoid resonance.Design rationalization provides theoretical support.
