某2.0L 柴油机喷油器压板断裂故障分析与改进

Failure analysis and improvement of the injector clamp

针对某2.0L柴油机出现的喷油器压板断裂故障,文章从压板结构设计、材料、制作工艺和外部因素等方面进行失效原因分析,最终找到主要故障原因,并提出改进措施。改进后的压板经过充分的试验验证再未发生断裂故障,证明原因分析合理,改进措施有效。

In view of the fracture failure of injector clamp in a 2.0L diesel engine,the failure causes were analyzed from the aspects of clamp structure design,material,manufacturing process and external factors.Finally,the main failure causes were found out and improvement measures were proposed.The improved clamp has been fully tested and verified that there is no fracture fault again,which proves that the analysis is reasonable and the improvement measures are effective.
