浅谈某轻卡整车线束平台化建设方法

为了改变轻卡国五排放平台车型驾驶室线束种类繁多的现状,解决图纸维护工作量大、生产料单繁多以及售后维修难度大的问题,特针对国六排放平台车型的驾驶室线束进行整合及应用。通过对整车电气零部件、继电器及保险功能、线束图纸插件信息及电器盒标识牌等内容的整合,实现驾驶室线束平台化应用及拓展,达到减少线束种类的目的。文章主要阐述了驾驶室线束平台化建设的背景、整合过程、实施方案及成果应用等内容,为后期其他种类的线束整合提供新方法新思路。
