摘要
文章以重型自卸车底板结构为研究对象,对底板结构进行了刚强度分析与轻量化优化。利用有限元方法对自卸车举升工况进行了分析,分析结果表明车厢底板中部纵横梁位置有发生屈服失效风险;利用尺寸优化方法对底板结构进行了优化与验证分析,优化结果表明:优化后的车厢底板结构刚强度满足设计要求,并实现减重67kg。底板结构设计与优化对自卸车整车轻量化设计提供理论依据和设计参考。
This paper takes the floor structure of heavy dump truck as the research object,and analyzes the stiffness and strength of the floor structure and optimizes the weight.The finite element method is used to analyze the lifting conditions of the dump truck,The analysis results show that the frame in the middle of the floor has the risk of yield failure.The floor structure is optimized and verified by the size optimization method,the results show that after optimization the stiffness and strength of the floor structure meets the design requirements,and the weight is reduced by 67kg.The structure design and optimization of the dump truck floor provide a theoretical basis and design reference for the dump truck Lightweight design.
