摘要
赛车车身作为节能车的重要组成部分之一,通过学生自主完成车身的设计与制作一直是节能赛车的核心难点之一。为了在理论上获得满足空气动力学的车身外形,并在实际中能够由学生自主完成车身的制作,本团队利用Catia与Ansys对车壳进行了设计与分析,采用了以鱼骨板模具为基础的车身制造方式。为其他高校的学生团体设计与制作节能赛车车身提供了一种新的思路。
The vehicle body that was designed and was produced by undergraduate is one of the most important factors and one of the cores of energy-saving-vehicle.The team design and analyze the energy-saving-vehicle body by using CATIA and ANSYS to get the energy-saving-vehicle that is consist with the theory of aerodynamics and that is independently produce and base on the method is so called fishbone-sheet-pattern by undergraduate in the objective condition.It provides a new ideal for other universities`student groups design and produce the energy-saving-vehicle.
