摘要
文章基于有限元法,采用Nastran软件,对某商用车动力总成进行了质心和转动惯量测试试验,同时进行了悬置系统的CAE模态分析和二十八工况强度分析,结果显示,悬置系统主被动侧支架的各阶振型模态满足目标值,符合设计要求,同时强度分析结果显示支架最大应力和塑性应变满足目标。
In this paper,base on the finite element method and Nastran software,the centroid and moment of inertia of a commercial vehicle powertrain are tested.And CAE modes analysis and strength analysis under 28 working conditions are carried out.The results show that the vibration modes of the active and passive side supports of the mounting system meet the target value and meet the design requirement.
