汽车玻璃贴膜对整车暴晒后车内温升和空调制冷影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 数据表明,我国90%~95%的车主会选择玻璃贴膜,其中主要原因是玻璃贴膜可以阻挡紫外线和降低车内温度。而在实际使用时,玻璃贴膜在暴晒时对车内温度以及在夏季对空调制冷的影响还未可知。文章通过对相同配置车辆进行全车贴膜,同条件进行暴晒试验和空调制冷试验,研究了玻璃贴膜对暴晒时的车内温度以及对制冷试验的影响。结果表明:长时间暴晒时,贴膜对车内空气温度影响较小,而对内饰件温度影响较大;同时贴膜对空调制冷试验也有一定的影响。 The data showed that 30%to 95%of car owners would choose window film in China,the main reason is the window film can block ultraviolet light and reduce inside temperature of the vehicle.When in actual use,the effect of window film on the inside temperature of the vehicle when exposed to the sun and on air conditioning refrigeration in summer is unknown.In this paper,through to the window film same configuration vehicles and carried out the exposure test and the refrigeration test under the same conditions,studied the effect of window film on the inside temperature of the vehicle when exposed to the sun and on air conditioning refrigeration.The results show that the window film has less influence on the air temperature in the car,but has large influence on the interior trim temperature,and also has some influence on the air conditioning refrigeration test.
