摘要
为了高效、准确地对电动汽车整车控制器(VCU)进行检测,文章开发了一套基于CAN总线的VCU入厂来料检测系统。该测试系统可以实现与控制器之间的信号交互,高效、准确地完成对VCU的电性能测试(过压、欠压和反压)和功能测试(数字输入/输出、模拟输入/输出以及PWM输入/输出),同时还可实现测试结果分析存储、打印等多项功能。通过大量实验证明,该系统性能稳定,测试结果准确,完全可以应用于电动汽车整车控制器的性能测试。
In order to detect the electric vehicle controller(VCU)efficiently and accurately,a VCU incoming inspection system based on CAN bus is developed.The test system enables signal interaction with the controller to efficiently and accurately perform electrical performance tests(overvoltage,undervoltage,and backpressure)and functional tests(digital input/output,analog input/output,and PWM),and can also perform test results analysis storage,printing and other functions.Through a large number of experiments,the system has stable performance and accurate test results,which can be applied to the performance test of the electric vehicle controller.
