剖宫产即时放置吉娜环短期避孕效果及安全性分析

Analyses on short-term contraceptive effect and safety of immediate placement of Gina ring after cesarean section

目的探究剖宫产即时放置吉娜环的短期避孕效果及其安全性。方法回顾性选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院剖宫产妇126例,根据产妇剖宫产后是否即时安置吉娜环分为观察组(剖宫产即时放置吉娜环,n=60)和对照组(剖宫产半年后放置吉妮环,n=66)。比较两组术后6、12h出血量、手术时间、恶露持续时间、血性恶露持续时间、短期再孕率及随访情况。结果术后6、12h,两组出血量、手术时间、恶露持续时间、血性恶露持续时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率及短期再孕率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组脱落率及因症取出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产即时放置吉娜环安全性较好,短期避孕效果好,随访情况均较好,脱落及取出情况均较少。

Objective To investigate the short-term contraceptive effect and safety of immediate placement of Gina ring after cesarean section.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 126 cases of cesarean section women admitted to our hospital were selected retrospectively,and were divided into the observation group(placed Gina ring immediately after cesarean section,n=60)and the control group(placed Gini ring half a year after cesarean section,n=66)according to whether Gina ring were placed immediately after cesarean section.The hemorrhage volumes,operation time,lochia duration,bloody lochia duration,short-term re-pregnancy rate and follow up situations of the two groups at 6 hours and 12 hours after operation were compared.Results There were no significant differences in hemorrhagevolumes,operation time,lochia duration and bloody lochia duration between the two groups at 6 hours and 12 hours after operation(P>0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions and short-term re-pregnancy rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in shedding rate and removal rate due to illness(P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe to place Gina ring immediately after cesarean section,and the short-term contraceptive effect is good.The follow-up situations are all good,and the situations of shedding and being taken out are all relatively less.
