创伤协调护理对急诊创伤患者救治效果及护理质量的影响研究

Research on the impact of trauma coordinated nursing on the treatment efficacy and nursing quality of emergency trauma patients

目的探讨与分析创伤协调护理对急诊创伤患者救治效果及护理质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月本院收治的急诊创伤患者90例为研究对象,将其根据护理模式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组进行常规急诊护理干预,观察组则进行创伤协调护理干预。比较两组的急诊救治时间、检查时间、救治成功率、并发症发生率、护理质量评估结果、护理人员、医师及患者(家属)的满意度。结果观察组的急诊救治时间及检查时间显著优于对照组,救治成功率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理质量优良率显著优于对照组,护理人员、医师及患者(家属)的总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤协调护理可显著改善急诊创伤患者的救治效果及护理质量,在急诊创伤患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate and analyze the impact of trauma coordinated nursing on the treatment efficacy and nursing quality of emergency trauma patients.Methods A total of 90 emergency trauma patients from January 2018 to December 2019 admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45)according to different nursing modes.The control group was treated with conventional emergency nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with coordinated nursing intervention for trauma.The emergency treatment duration,examination duration,treatment success rate,incidence of complications,nursing quality evaluation results,and the satisfactory degrees of nursing staffs,physicians and patients(family members)were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment duration and examination duration of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the treatment success rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the excellent rate of nursing quality was significantly better than that of the control group,and the total satisfactory degrees of nursing staffs,physicians and patients(family members)were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Trauma coordinated nursing can significantly improve the treatment efficacy and nursing quality of emergency trauma patients and have high application value in emergency trauma patients.
