多元化药学服务对支气管哮喘患儿用药依从性及病情控制的影响

The effect of diversified pharmaceutical care on the medication compliance and the control of disease of the children with bronchial asthma

目的探究多元化药学服务对支气管哮喘患儿用药依从性及病情控制的影响。方法选取2019年4~10月在我院就诊的56例支气管哮喘患儿进行研究,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组(n=28)予以常规用药咨询指导,试验组(n=28)予以多元化药学服务,比较两组患儿干预后1、3、6个月用药依从性及哮喘病情控制情况。结果干预后1、3、6个月,试验组患儿的用药依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后1个月,两组患儿的哮喘病情控制良好率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但干预后3、6个月,试验组患儿的哮喘病情控制良好率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后6个月,试验组患儿的最大呼气流量(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV1%)较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论多元化药学服务可有效提高支气管哮喘患儿的用药依从性,进而有助于临床较好地控制哮喘病情控制,这对于改善患者的预后具有积极的作用。

Objective To probe into the effect of diversified pharmaceutical care on the medication compliance and the control of disease of the children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods A total of 56 children with BA treated in our hospital from April to October 2019 were selected for research and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group(n=28)was given consultation guidance on conventional medication,while the experimental group(n=28)was given diversified pharmaceutical care.The medication compliance and the control of asthma 1m,3m and 6m after intervention were compared between the two groups of children.Results 1m,3m and 6m after intervention,the medication compliance of the children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).1m after intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of children in the rate of good control of asthma(P>0.05),but 3m and 6m after intervention,the rate of good control of asthma among the children of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6m after intervention,the peak expiratiory flow(PEF)and the ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital eapacity in the first second(FEV1%)of the children in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified pharmaceutical care can improve the medication compliance of the children with BA effectively,and then contribute to better control of asthma in clinical practice,which is helpful for ameliorating the prognosis of the patients.
