献血者发生流失的影响因素及措施

Impact factors of blood donor loss and the countermeasures

目的分析献血者发生流失的影响因素,探讨减少献血者发生流失的措施。方法回顾性分析2018年1月~2019年12月于我站献血的2108名献血者资料,计算流失献血者与流失率,统计流失原因,探讨减少献血者发生流失的相应措施。结果本研究内2108名献血者中,流失1168名,流失率为55.41%;其中,女性献血者流失率为58.48%,较男性献血者流失率的53.31%更高;学生的流失率为73.30%,较其他职业献血人群流失率51.64%更高;随年龄增长,献血者流失率呈下降趋势;随献血次数增多,献血者流失率呈下降趋势;献血者流失原因中,停机或空号等失去联系、无人通知或工作忙忘记所占比重最大,分别为49.32%、27.05%;82例明确表示不再献血的献血者不再献血原因中,亲属互助献血、有过献血反应、对技术或服务不满意所占比重较大,分别为40.24%、20.73%、18.29%。结论献血者流失率较高,流失原因中停机或空号等失去联系、无人通知或工作忙忘记所占比重最大,不再献血原因中亲属互助献血、有过献血反应、对技术或服务不满意所占比重较大,应做好献血者保留工作,加强信息更新与到期提醒服务。

Objective To analyze the impact factors of blood donor loss and to investigate the countermeasures to reduce blood donor loss.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,the data of 2108 blood donors admitted to our station were analyzed retrospectively.The loss of blood donors and the loss rate were calculated,the reasons of loss were counted,and the corresponding measures to reduce the loss of blood donors were discussed.Results Among 2108 blood donors in this research,1168 were lost,and the loss rate was 55.41%.Among them,the loss rate of female blood donors was 58.48%,which was higher than 53.31%of male blood donors.The loss rate of students was 73.30%,which was higher than 51.64%of blood donors in other occupations.With the increase of age,the loss rate of blood donors decreased.With the increase of blood donation times,the loss rate of blood donors showed a downward trend.Among the reasons for the loss of blood donors,the loss of contact such as downtime or empty number,no notification or forgetfulness due to busy work accounted for the largest proportion,for 49.32%and 27.05%respectively.Among the 82 cases of blood donors who explicitly indicated that they would not donate blood,their relatives helped each other to donate blood,with blood donation reaction,and dissatisfaction with technology or service,accounting for 40.24%,20.73%and 18.29%respectively.Conclusion The loss rate of blood donors is relatively high,and the loss causes include loss of contact such as downtime or empty number,no notification or forgetfulness due to busy work,and the reasons for not donating blood are their relatives help each other to donate blood,with blood donation reaction,and dissatisfaction with technology or service.Therefore,the job of keeping blood donors and strengthening information updating and expiration reminding services should be done well.
