从国家调控视角看慢性疾病管理全面实施的困境与对策分析

Analysis on the predicament and countermeasure of full implementation of chronic disease management from the perspective of state regulation

目前影响人民健康的主要问题是慢性疾病,而慢性疾病的预防和科学规范的管理尤为重要。我国虽然有多项慢性疾病管理的研究收到良好效果,但都未能全面实施,主要在医疗机构设置、慢性疾病管理制度、管理平台、人才技术等方面存在困难。国家应改变医院管理机制、完善医疗保险管理制度、提供技术支撑平台、完善高等教育专业设置和加大政府监督力度,尽早实现慢性疾病管理的全面实施。

At present,the main problem impacting people's health is chronic diseases,and the prevention and scientific management of chronic diseases are particularly important.Although a large number of studies on chronic diseases management in China have received good efficacies,they have not been fully implemented,mainly because of the difficulties in setting up medical institutions,chronic diseases management system,management platform,talent and technology and so on.China should change the hospital management mechanism,improve the medical insurance system,provide technical support platform,enhance the specialties setting of higher education and strengthen the government's supervision,so as to realize the comprehensive implementation of chronic diseases management as soon as possible.
