论“清廉中国”成为国家战略之必要

Discussion on the Necessity of an“Incorruptible China”as a National Strategy

党的十八大以来,党中央强力反腐、高压反腐、持续反腐,反腐败取得了压倒性胜利,向“清廉中国”目标迈出了决定性的一大步。当前,反腐败斗争形势依然严峻复杂,建设“清廉中国”的时代任务一刻也不能停顿,亟待把“清廉中国”上升为国家战略。“清廉中国”成为国家战略是保持党的先进性和纯洁性的内在需要,是发展中国特色社会主义事业的根本要求,是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要保障,是巩固反腐倡廉成果的长效之举。实施“清廉中国”,可以从廉洁思想教育、廉洁专项治理和廉洁文化建设等方面探索着力点,从而推动中国特色社会主义现代化建设,在国际上形塑“清廉中国”的美好形象。

Since The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party has achieved an overwhelming victory on anti-corruption through a powerful and continuous method and made a great and decisive step forward to the goal of being an“Incorruptible China”.Currently,the fight against corruption remains severe and complex.The mission of building an“Incorruptible China”cannot come to a standstill for a single moment,therefore,it is urgent to promote“Incorruptible China”as a national strategy.Promoting“Incorruptible China”as a national strategy is an inherent demand for maintaining our Party s progressiveness and purity,and it s also a fundamental requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristic,and an upmost guarantee for the realization of the Chinese great revival of the Chinese dream,and the consolidation of anti-corruption outcomes for the long run.To implement the national strategy of“Incorruptible China”,we can initiate from aspects of incorruptible ideological education,incorruptible special governance,and incorruptible cultural development as our focus,then to promote the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as to build a good image of“Incorruptible China”in the international arena.
