基于MSCR试验的沥青高温性能研究与花岗片麻岩沥青混合料高温性能预测 被引量:7

摘要 传统车辙试验在评价沥青混合料高温性能时耗时较长,过程繁琐.文中通过MSCR试验对沥青进行检测,以不可恢复蠕变柔量J nr评价沥青的高温性能,然后通过车辙试验检测对应花岗片麻岩沥青混合料的高温性能,建立沥青高温性能与沥青混合料高温性能的联系,从而达到利用沥青高温性能预测沥青混合料高温性能的目的.试验结果表明:沥青高温性能与对应沥青混合料高温性能具有良好的相关性,可以通过沥青的高温性能预测沥青混合料的高温性能,藉此优选沥青. Traditional rutting test takes a long time to evaluate the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture.In this paper,the asphalt was tested by MSCR test,the high temperature performance of asphalt was evaluated by irrecoverable creep compliance,and then the high temperature performance of corresponding granite gneiss asphalt mixture was tested by rutting test.The relationship between asphalt high-temperature performance and asphalt mixture high-temperature performance was established,so as to achieve the purpose of predicting asphalt mixture high-temperature performance by using asphalt high-temperature performance.The test results show that there is a good correlation between the high temperature performance of asphalt and the corresponding asphalt mixture,and the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture can be predicted by the high temperature performance of asphalt,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing asphalt.
