党的十八大以来,党中央深化对西藏工作的规律性认识,总结党领导人民治藏稳藏兴藏的成功经验,形成了新时代党的治藏方略.和之前相比,中央第七次西藏工作座谈会进一步将维护祖国统一、加强民族团结作为西藏工作的着眼点和着力点,一个鲜明的特点是高度重视各民族共有观念和整体认同的作用.从中华民族整体的角度看待和谋划西藏工作,不仅有助于西藏长治久安和高质量发展,更有利于中华民族命运共同体的巩固和发展.

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has deepened its understanding on the regularity of governing Tibet,summarized the successful experience of the CPC leading people governing,stabilizing and improving Tibet,and formed the Party's strategy for governing Tibet in the new era.Compared with the previous symposiums,the Seventh Symposium on Tibet Work further focused on safeguarding national reunification and strengthening ethnic unity.A distinctive feature was that it attached great importance to the role of common concepts and overall identity of all ethnic groups.To view and plan the work in Tibet from the perspective of the Chinese nation as a whole is not only conducive to the long-term stability and high-quality development of Tibet,but also to the consolidation and development of the community of shared future of the Chinese nation.
