在中央第七次西藏工作座谈会上,习近平总书记提出新时代党的治藏方略,并对进一步做好西藏工作的指导思想、总体要求和重点任务等方面指明了前进方向.文章从新时代党的治藏方略形成的背景、新时代党的治藏方略形成的重要理论意义和现实意义、新时代党的治藏方略的理论创新亮点、新时代党的治藏方略对西藏发展的对策思考等四方面进行了分析研究.

At the Seventh Symposium on Tibet Work of the CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the Party's Strategy for Tibet Governance in the new era,and pointed out the direction for further improving the work in Tibet.This paper analyzes the background of the formation of the Party's Strategy for Tibet Governance in the new era,the theoretical and practical significance of the formation,the theoretical innovation highlights,and the countermeasures of the Party’s strategy of governing Tibet in the new era.
