论保护好青藏高原生态的作用与地位

On the function and position of ecological protection on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

中央第七次西藏工作座谈会提出“保护好青藏高原生态就是对中华民族生存和发展的最大贡献”,是习近平总书记为新时代西藏生态文明建设确立的战略定位,也是西藏必须担负起的政治责任.西藏自治区党委政府牢记总书记嘱托,把生态环境保护作为全区“四件大事”之一科学谋划、强力推动,以正确处理“十三对关系”为根本方法,把青藏高原打造成为全国乃至国际生态文明高地,守护好高原的生灵草木、万水千山,坚持正确处理生态保护与富民利民的关系,积极发展生态产业,落实生态补偿政策,扩大补偿范围,提高补偿标准,让群众在保护生态中得到更多实惠.

The Seventh Symposium on Tibet Work of the CPC Central Committee proposed that protecting the ecology of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the greatest contribution to the survival and development of the Chinese nation".It is the strategic positioning established by General Secretary Xi Jinping for Tibefs ecological civilization construction in the new era,and it is also the political responsibility that Tibet must shoulder.The Party Committee and government of Tibet Autonomous Region bear in mind the general secretary’s instructions to make ecological and environmental protection as one of the"four major events"in the region,scientifically plan and vigorously promote this work.With the correct handling of the"thirteen pairs of relationships"as the fundamental method,Tibet turns the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau into a national and even international highland for ecological civilization,protects the plateau vegetation,mountains and rivers,correctly handles the relationship between ecological protection and enriching and benefiting the people,actively develops ecological industries,implements ecological compensation policies,expands the scope of compensation and raises the standard of compensation,to ensure that the people benefit more from ecological protection.
