山南市中小学思政课建设调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of ideological and political course construction in Shannan primary and secondary schools

思政课是思想政治教育的主渠道,关乎“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这个教育的根本问题.山南市中小学思政课建设虽然取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着一些问题.文章从“充分认识思政课建设在西藏的特殊重要性”“建立各级党委、政府主要负责人联系学校制度”“推进思政课建设,完善学校思政课建设工作机制”“加强思政课教师队伍建设”“结合区情、市情,推动思政课改革创新”等方面提出对策建议.

Ideological and political course is the main channel of ideological and political education,which is related to the fundamental problem of"who to train,how to train and for whom to train".Although some achievements have been made in the construction of ideological and political course in Shannan city,some problems still exist.From"Fully understanding the special importance of ideological and political course construction in Tibet","Establishing the system of contacting schools for principal leaders of Party committees and governments at all levels","Promoting the construction of ideological and Political Course and improving the working mechanism of school ideological and political course construction","Strengthening the construction of ideological and political education teachers lean",and"Promoting reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in combination with local and regional conditions",this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
