经尿道2μm钬激光切除术在浅表性膀胱癌治疗中的应用效果探讨

Application of Transurethral Resection of 2μm Holmium Laser in the Treatment of Superficial Bladder Cancer

目的分析探讨经尿道2μm钬激光切除术在浅表性膀胱癌治疗中的应用效果。方法选取临沂市罗庄区人民医院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的102例浅表性膀胱癌患者为研究对象,按随机盲选法划分为对照组(51例)与观察组(51例),对照组行经尿道电切术治疗,观察组行经尿道2μm钬激光切除术治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的临床指标、并发症发生率及术后复发率。结果治疗后,对照组与观察组在住院时间、导尿管留置时间、手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与观察组术后复发率分别为21.57%、5.88%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浅表性膀胱癌患者实行经尿道2μm钬激光切除术治疗的效果显著,能明显减少术中出血量及手术时间,大大降低并发症发生率及复发率。

Objective To analyze the effect of transurethral resection of 2μm holmium laser in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer.Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,102 patients with superficial bladder cancer treated in Luozhuang District People's of Linyi City Hospital were divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(51 cases)according to random blind selection method.The control group was treated with transurethral resection,and the observation group was treated with 2μm holmium laser resection.After treatment,the clinical index,complication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in hospital stay,catheter indwelling time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and complication rate between the control group and the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);combined with the statistical results,the recurrence rate of the control group and the observation group was 21.57%and 5.88%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transurethral resection of 2μm holmium laser for superficial bladder cancer is significant,which can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding and operation time,greatly reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
