癌痛方外敷治疗恶性肿瘤癌痛对缓解患者痛苦的意义分析

Analysis of the Significance of External Application of Aitong Recipe in the Treatment of Cancer Pain of Malignant Tumor

目的探讨恶性肿瘤癌痛患者选用癌痛方外敷治疗的价值。方法选取江苏省溧阳市中医医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的53例中重度癌痛患者进行研究,采用随机信封法分为对照组与观察组,对照组26例选用止痛药治疗,观察组27例选用癌痛方外敷+止痛药治疗,统计两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、不良反应发生率、止痛药物使用量。结果观察组临床疗效92.59%高于对照组69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度为(0.71±0.02)分,低于对照组的(1.02±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项不良反应III级和IV级发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止痛药物增加率为11.11%,低于对照组的38.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癌痛方外敷可缓解恶性肿瘤癌痛患者局部疼痛程度,减少止痛药物的使用量,且耐受性好,安全性高,毒副作用较小。

Objective To explore the value of external application of cancer pain prescription in patients with cancer pain.Methods A total of 53 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 in Liyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,the method of random envelope was divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,26 patients were treated with painkillers,in the observation group,27 patients were treated with cancer pain prescription.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,adverse reaction rate and analgesic drug use were counted.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group 92.59%was higher than that of control group 69.23%,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree(0.71±0.02)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(1.02±0.42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The III and IV level of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the statistical value was significart(P<0.05).Compared with the control group 38.46%,the increase rate of analgesic drugs in the observation group 11.11%was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of cancer pain prescription can relieve the local pain degree of malignant tumor cancer pain patients,reduce the use of analgesic drugs,and have good tolerance,high safety and small side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
