医院自制三伏贴治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性腹泻的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Sanfu Plaster on Chronic Diarrhea with Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Yang

目的分析脾肾阳虚型慢性腹泻患者采取医院自制三伏贴的治疗效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月常熟市中医院脾胃肝胆门诊及脾胃外治敷贴门诊就诊的脾肾阳虚型慢性腹泻患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与干预组,各60例。参照组使用整肠生治疗,干预组使用医院自制三伏贴治疗,对两组患者治疗1个月,半年后的治疗效果进行组间比对。结果干预组患者治疗后1个月大便次数及大便性状相较于参照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗半年后干预组患者大便次数显著降低,大便性状正常率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗后中医症状积分(4.51±0.55)分与参照组(6.84±0.62)分相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾肾阳虚型慢性腹泻患者采取自制三伏贴治疗,可显著改善临床症状,疗效更持久。

Objective The purpose of this paper is to analyze the clinical effect of the“medicine patch used during hot summer”developed by the hospital on the patients with chronic diarrhea caused by the deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.Methods From July 2017 to July 2019,120 patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen kidney yang deficiency type were searched and selected from the spleen stomach hepatobiliary clinic and the spleen stomach external treatment and application clinic of Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the method of digital random expression,the patients were randomly divided into the reference group and the intervention group with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with western medicine bacillus licheniformis capsule,live,while the patients in the intervention group were treated with“medicine patch used during hot summer”made by the hospital itself.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared one month later and half a year later.Results After treatment,the number of stools and the shape of stools of the patients in the intervention group within one month had no significant difference compared with the patients in the reference group(P>0.05).However,after six months of treatment,the number of stools in the intervention group was significantly reduced,and the normal rate of stool characteristics was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the patients in the intervention group had accumulated symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The score(4.51±0.55)was significantly lower than that of the reference group(6.84±0.62),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic diarrhea of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,the self-made“medicine patch used during hot summer”can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and the curative effect is more lasting.
