利福喷丁与利福平在肺结核治疗中的效果探讨

Effect of Rifapentine and Rifampicin in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的分析探讨利福喷丁与利福平在肺结核治疗中的效果。方法选取费县人民医院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的88例肺结核患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组采取利福平治疗,观察组采取利福喷丁治疗,比较分析两组临床医治疗效。结果有效率方面,观察组为95.45%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.276,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组痰液细菌检测阳性率均为100.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.000,P>0.05);治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月,观察组痰液细菌检测阳性率分别为47.73%、9.09%,低于对照组的75.00%、36.36%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.145、11.259,P<0.05)。在用药不良反应发生率方面,观察组为4.55%,显著低于对照组22.74%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.725,P<0.05)。结论在肺结核疾病患者治疗中,利福喷丁的疗效要明显优于利福平,治疗后痰液细菌检测阳性率更低,用药不良反应发生率更低,因此可择优选择利福喷丁药物进行治疗。

Objective To analyze the effect of rifapentine and rifampicin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 88 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Fei County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rifampicin,and the observation group was treated with rifapentine.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=11.276,P<0.05).Before treatment,the positive rates of sputum bacterial detection in the two groups were 100.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.000,P>0.05);after 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the positive rates of sputum bacteria detection in the observation group were 47.73%and 9.09%,which were significantly lower than 75.00%and 36.36%of the control group,respectively.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=9.145,11.259,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 22.74%.There was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(χ^2=11.725,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,rifapentine is better than rifampicin,the positive rate of sputum bacterial detection after treatment is lower,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions is lower,so rifapentine can be selected for treatment.
