摘要
选取辽宁省2002—2018年环境污染与经济增长相关数据,采用主成分分析法,建立EKC模型进行实证研究。研究结果表明:辽宁省环境污染与经济增长的EKC曲线呈"N"型,且该省环境污染总体呈上升态势;财政支出、研发投入以及绿化对其环境污染未起到治理作用;人口增长会给环境造成负担。对辽宁省的环境治理提出应加强创新、财政支出适当倾斜以及提高人们环保意识等建议。
Selecting data of environmental pollution and economic growth in Liaoning Province from 2002 to 2018,this paper used principal component analysis and established an EKC model for empirical research.The results show that:(a)Environmental pollution and economic growth in Liaoning Province have a Nshaped EKC curve,and the province's environmental pollution is on the rise.(b)Fiscal expenditure,R&D investment and greening have not played a role in controlling environmental pollution.(c)Population growth put a burden on the environment.Suggestions were made as follows:strengthening innovation,tilting appropriately fiscal expenditures and improving natives'environmental awareness.
