细纤维对于传统滤料过滤效率的优化研究

摘要 采用数值模拟方式研究了粗细纤维掺混情况下的过滤效果,以纤维直径d_f=10μm的纤维为研究对象,使用d_f=5μm的纤维与其进行掺混,研究不同配比下、不同进口风速、不同位置掺混方式下颗粒物的渗透效率。结果表明,在粗纤维滤料中掺混细纤维可以有效地降低颗粒物的渗透效率,采用后面布置的方式对于降低颗粒的渗透率有着很好的效果,传统纤维后面布置尺寸较小的细纤维可以很好地提高其过滤效率。 In this paper,a simulation method was adopted to study the filtration effect of thick and fine fibers in the case of mixing.The fiber diameter df=10μm was used as the research object,and the fiber df=5μm was used as the mixing object to study the penetration efficiency of particles in different ratios,different inlet wind speeds,and different mixing modes at different locations.The results show that the mixing of fine fibers in coarse fiber filter material can effectively reduce the penetration efficiency of particles,and the arrangement of the back has a good effect on reducing the permeability of particles,and the arrangement of small size of fine fibers behind traditional fibers can greatly improve the filtration efficiency.
