摘要
在焦化废水二级处理基础上,以COD去除率为指标,研究Fe/GO-粉煤灰混合物对废水的深度处理效果。废水最佳处理条件为:pH值=3、Fe/GO-粉煤灰混合物总投料量10g/L(其中Fe/GO与改性粉煤灰质量比4∶1,Fe/GO复合物中Fe/GO质量比2∶1),曝气时间60min。最佳条件下,COD去除率可达66%,出水COD含量52mg/L,符合《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB16171—2012)中炼焦废水直排标准,处理后的废水经p H值调节至6~7后可直接排放。
Fe/GO-flyash mixture were used to make a further advanced treatment of the coking wastewater secondary effluent,and the level of chemical oxygen demand(COD)was used as the index for evaluating the treatment efficiency.The optimal reaction conditions were:pH=3,the Fe/GO-flyash concentration in the wastewater was 10 g/L(the mass ratio of Fe/GO and flyash was 4∶1,and the mass ratio of Fe and GO was 2∶1 in the Fe/GO mixture),the aeration time was 60 min.Under the given condition,the COD removal efficiency as high as 66%and the COD content in the treated wastewater was only 52 mg/L,which meets with Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry(GB 16171—2012).Then,the wastewater can be discharged directly by adjusting the pH value to 6~7.
