Professor LI Sining’s experience in treating hypertensive nephropathy

李思宁教授从事中医心血管及肾病临床研究工作逾30年,在治疗高血压肾病方面经验颇丰。李教授认为,高血压肾病病机虽为虚实夹杂,但以肾络血瘀贯穿病机始终,治病用药当参以时节气候,并据此治创新性提出“活血通络为本,辨时节气候用药为标”,临床运用取得良好疗效。

Professor LI Sining has been engaged in clinical research of cardiovascular disease and nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years,and has accumulated rich and valuable experience in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.Professor LI believes that although the pathogenesis of hypertensive nephropathy is a mixture of deficiency and excess,the kidney collaterals and blood stasis run through the pathogenesis all the time,and the medication should refer to the seasonal climate.Based on this,Professor LI puts forward the innovative treatment of hypertensive nephropathy“promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals as the basis,taking medication according to season and climate as the criterion”,which achieves good clinical effect.
