AMI并心源性休克应用机械循环辅助装置的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗技术的发展,急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者的病死率较以往有明显改善,但心源性休克(CS)及心脏骤停(CA)等AMI相关并发症仍是目前临床治疗的难题.主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)、左心室-主动脉(impalla和heart mate)、左心房-主动脉(tandem heart)及体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)等机械循环辅助装置(MCS)的应用有效改善了AMI合并CS患者的预后,明显降低患者病死率.本文就AMI后发生CS应用MCS的最新临床研究进展做一综述. With the development of percutaneous coronary intervention in recent years,the mortality rate of the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)has been significantly improved compared with the past,but the severe complications of AMI,such as cardiogenic shock(CS)and cardiac arrest,are still difficult problems in clinical treatment.The application of mechanical circulatory support devices such as intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP),impalla,hear mate,tandem heart and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)effectively improved the prognosis of AMI patients complicated with CS and significantly reduced the mortality.This article reviews the latest clinical research progress of meclianical circulatory support devices for AMI patients complicated with CS.
