利培酮、奥氮平、喹硫平对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能改善效果评估

Evaluation of Cognitive Improvement of Risperidone,Olanzapine and Quetiapine in First-Episode Schizophrenics

目的:分析利培酮、奥氮平、喹硫平对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能改善效果。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的首发精神分裂症患者99例,选取时间为2017年11月—2019年1月,根据随机分组法将所有患者分为3组,即利培酮组(33例)、奥氮平组(33例)、喹硫平组(33例),利培酮组患者接受利培酮治疗,奥氮平组接受奥氮平治疗,喹硫平组接受喹硫平治疗。观察3组患者的治疗效果、韦氏记忆评分。结果:利培酮组患者的治疗总有效率为96.97%,高于奥氮平组的93.94%、喹硫平组的90.91%,但是三组之间的数据对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,三组患者的韦氏记忆评分的差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:首发精神分裂症患者接受利培酮、奥氮平和喹硫平治疗,均具有良好的临床效果,并可以有效改善患者的认知功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of risperidone,olanzapine and quetiapine on cognitive improvement in first-episode schizophrenia.Methods:Ninety-nine first-episode schizophrenic patients were selected in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019.According to the random grouping method,all patients were divided into three groups:risperidone group(33 cases),olanzapine group(33 cases),quetiapine group(33 cases),risperidone group received risperidone treatment,olanzapine group received OLAM treatment.Group A received olanzapine and group Q received quetiapine.The therapeutic effect and Wechsler memory score of the three groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of risperidone group was 96.97%,higher than that of olanzapine group 93.94%and quetiapine group 90.91%,but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in Wechsler memory score among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Risperidone,olanzapine and quetiapine are effective in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia,and can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients.
