双微导管技术治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤

Double Microcatheter Technique for Treating Intracranial Wide-Necked Aneurysms

目的:分析双微导管技术治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析我院2017年2月—2018年2月收治并经DSA确诊的80例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),观察组采用双微导管技术治疗,对照组采用手术夹闭治疗,比较两组NIHSS评分、ADL评分、并发症发生率及预后。结果:治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率为7.50%显著低于对照组的27.50%(P<0.05);观察组致残率、植物生存率及病死率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双微导管技术治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者的疗效显著,可有效改善神经功能,提高生活能力,且安全性较高,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect and safety of double microcatheter technique in the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysms diagnosed by DSA in the hospital between February 2017 and February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with double microcatheter technique,and the control group was treated with surgical clipping.The NIHSS scores,ADL scores,incidence of complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(7.50%VS 27.50%)(P<0.05).The disability rate,vegetative survival rate and mortality rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double microcatheter technique is markedly effective in the treatment of patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.It can effectively improve the neurological function and activities of daily living,with high safety.It is worth further promotion.
