咽鼓管功能障碍患者应用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Eucalyptus Ningpinene Enteric Soft Capsule in theTreatment of Eustachian Tube Dysfunction

目的:观察分析咽鼓管功能障碍患者应用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2018年2月—2019年9月收治的92例(109耳)咽鼓管功能障碍患者作为观察对象,按照治疗方法不同将其分为各有46例患者的两组。对照组(54耳)患者采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂喷鼻治疗,研究组(55耳)患者联合应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂喷鼻与口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后7项咽鼓管功能障碍症状评分量表(ETDQ-7)以及治疗后鼓室导抗图情况。结果:研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率较对照组患者的比较,显著提高(96.36%VS81.48%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者经过治疗后,ETDQ-7评分均低于治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后ETDQ-7评分低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者A型鼓室导抗图所占比例明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊可以有效改善咽鼓管功能障碍患者的临床症状及鼓室导抗图,取得满意的临床治疗效果,具有在临床上进行大力推广的价值。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Eucalyptus ningpinene enteric soft capsule in the treatment of eustachian tube dysfunction.Method:92 patients(109 ears)with eustachian tube dysfunction admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the observation objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 46 patients in each group.The control group(54 ears)was treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray spray.The study group(55 ears)was treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray spray and oral Eucalyptus lemon enteric coated soft capsule.The therapeutic effect,etdq-7 and tympanogram were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.36%VS 81.48%)(P<0.05).After treatment,etdq-7 scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,etdq-7 score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of type a tympanogram in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eucalyptus ningpin enteric coated soft capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and tympanogram of the patients with eustachian tube dysfunction,and achieve satisfactory clinical treatment effect.
