摘要
“一带一路”建设为河南省口岸发展带来了机遇,中央和省政府为河南省口岸建设提供了政策动力,优越的交通枢纽地位为河南省口岸建设奠定了基础。河南省口岸建设的特色体现在口岸业务覆盖面广泛和“空铁陆海多式联运”的发展模式上,同时在“单一窗口”建设和监管模式方面彰显了河南省口岸的创新。但是,河南省口岸建设中也存在一些问题需要探讨。
The Belt and Road construction has brought opportunities for the development of ports in Henan Province.The central and provincial governments provide policy incentives.The superior transportation hub status lays the foundation for the port development.The characteristics of Henan port construction are reflected in the extensive coverage of the port business and the development model of“air,rail,land and sea multimodal transport”.At the same time,the construction of the“single window”and the operation of the supervision model demonstrate the innovation of the Henan port.However,the problems existing in the construction of Henan port are worthy of discussion and urgent response.
