物流业集聚影响区域全要素生产率的实证研究——以西部7个国家物流枢纽城市为例

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Logistics Agglomeration on Regional Total Factor Productivity——Taking Seven National Logistics Hub Cities in Western China as an Example

物流业集聚通过成本效应、关联效应和产业结构效应等对区域全要素生产率产生影响。基于2003—2018年西部7个国家物流枢纽城市的数据,在采用OLS+面板矫正标准误控制异方差性和相关性的条件下,实证检验物流业集聚对区域全要素生产率的影响,并将全要素生产率分解为技术进步和技术效率进行进一步检验。研究结果表明:西部7个国家物流枢纽城市的物流业集聚水平整体较高,全要素生产率水平较低;物流业集聚对区域全要素生产率有正向推进作用,并且物流业集聚主要通过提高技术效率来促进区域全要素生产率的提升;物流业集聚对区域全要素生产率不存在倒U型影响。据此,文章提出了针对7个城市的总体建议和针对各个城市的具体建议。

logistics agglomeration has an impact on regional total factor productivity through cost effect,correlation effect and industrial structure effect.Based on the data of seven logistics hub cities in western China from 2003 to 2018,under the condition of using OLS+panel correction standard to control heteroscedasticity and correlation,this paper empirically tests the impact of logistics agglomeration on regional total factor productivity,and decomposes total factor productivity into technological progress and technical efficiency for further testing.The results show that the overall level of logistics agglomeration in the seven logistics hub cities in western China is high,and the level of total factor productivity is low;logistics agglomeration has a positive effect on regional total factor productivity,and logistics agglomeration promotes regional total factor productivity mainly by improving technical efficiency;logistics agglomeration does not have an inverted u-shaped effect on regional total factor productivity.On the basis of this,this paper finally puts forward the overall recommendations for seven cities and specific suggestions for each city.
