摘要
20世纪80年代之后,曾被认为已告终结的台湾现代主义小说在文坛重新崛起。与20世纪60年代现代主义小说相比,他们接受了更为丰富和多元的西方思想资源,在小说文本中呈现出更为复杂的现代性经验,其作品题材更为广泛,主题意蕴更为丰富,艺术实验更为大胆前卫,表现出强烈的对人类终极精神世界的关注和对普世价值的探讨,创作了大量艺术上较为成熟的现代主义小说作品。同时,台湾现代主义小说也呈现出精英化现代主义、接续“抒情传统”的诗意现代主义和本土现代主义等新的发展路向,形成了多元的发展态势。由此,现代主义小说的格局得以拓展,美学范式得以更新,形成了新的现代主义文学传统。
Since the 1980s,Taiwan modernist novel,once thought to have come to an end,returned to the literary world.Compared with the modernist novel in 1960s,they received more and more rich and pluralistic western theories,and presented more complicated modernity experience in the novel text.They possessed broader themes,more abundant theme connotations,and their art innovation was more bold and avant-garde,showing a strong concern for the ultimate human spirit world and a discussion of universal values,creating a large number of modernist novels which are more mature in art.At the same time,Taiwan modernist novels also show new development directions of elitist modernism,poetic modernism sticking to“the lyric tradition”,and local modernism,forming a pluralistic development trend.As a result,the pattern of modernist novels has been expanded,the aesthetic paradigm has been updated,and a new modernist literary tradition has been formed.
