The Development Path of Global Tourism in Jilin Province

中国的旅游事业,出现了由景点旅游(点状)、线路旅游(线状)向全域旅游(立体)的转变。全域旅游是一种全新的旅游模式,有着深刻的时代背景,是旅游事业走向新境界、迈向新台阶的重要标志。全域旅游折射了社会变革、时代发展、民众需求。全域旅游是指在一定区域内,以旅游业为优势产业,通过对区域内经济社会资源尤其是旅游资源、相关产业、生态环境、公共服务、体制机制、政策法规、文明素质等进行全方位、系统化的优化提升,实现区域资源有机整合、产业融合发展、社会共建共享。因此,全域旅游是以旅游业带动和促进经济社会协调发展的一种新的区域协调发展理念和模式。吉林省推进全域旅游具备一定的优势,但也面临着压力和挑战。吉林省全域旅游的发展路径主要是:坚持旅游规划先行;在保持景点核心地位的同时加强与周边环境的互动;发挥“旅游+”功能,推动旅游与其他相关产业深度融合、跨界联动、相融相生,构筑新业态;优化旅游公共服务;进一步打造优质导游人才队伍。

The tourism industry in China has changed from scenic spot tourism(dot)and route tourism(line)to global tourism(stereoscopic).Global tourism is a new tourism model,which has a profound background of the times,and an important symbol of tourism toward a new realm and a new step.Global tourism reflects social change,the development of the times and the needs of the people.Global tourism refers to taking tourism as the dominant industry in a certain region,through the economic and social resources,especially tourism resources,related industries,ecological environment,public services,institutional mechanisms,policies and regulations in the region,to optimize and improve the quality of civilization omni-directionally and systematically,so as to realize the organic integration of regional resources,the integration and development of industries,and the joint construction and sharing of society.Therefore,global tourism is a new concept and mode of regional coordinated development,which drives and promotes the coordinated development of economy and society with tourism.Jilin Province has some advantages in promoting global tourism,but it is also facing pressure and challenges.The development path of tourism in Jilin Province is mainly as follows:adhere to tourism planning first;strengthen the interaction with the surrounding environment while maintaining the core position of scenic spots;give full play to the function of“tourism+”,promote the deep integration and cross-border linkage of tourism and other related industries,blend into each other,build new business type;optimize tourism public services;further build a team of high-quality tour guides.
