考虑车站网效益的旅游城市快速充电站规划方法

Planning Method for Quick Charging Stations in Tourist Cites Considering Benefits of Vehicle Station Grid

摘要 考虑旅游城市存在的淡旺季现象,提出了一种考虑电动汽车、充电站和配电网综合效益的快速充电站规划方法。建立城市交通网模型,分析了旅游城市淡季和旺季下交通特性的区别。结合交通出行数据,建立了电动汽车充电决策模型;基于最大效用原则,结合排队论确定了电动汽车充电过程。从车、站和网层面拟定了目标函数,并对排队时间进行了机会约束,算例证明了规划方法的有效性。 Considering low and peak seasons in tourist cities,a method was proposed for the planning of quick charging stations under consideration of comprehensive benefits of electric vehicles,charging stations and distribution network.A model was established for the urban transportation network,and the difference of urban traffic characteristics between the low and peak seasons in tourist cities were analyzed.Under consideration of traffic data,a charging decision model was established for electric vehicles.In the principle of maximum utility,the charging process for electric vehicles was determined according to the queuing theory.Objective functions were formulated at the levels of vehicle,station and network,and chance constraint was imposed on the queuing time.Calculation examples verified the effectiveness of the proposed planning method.
