摘要
为了分析分布式电源接入对配电网电压波动影响,提高电压波动检测能力,提出基于谐波振荡抑制和信号统计检测的分布式电源接入对配电网电压波动监测方法。采用分布式电源接入配置方法,进行配电网电压波动信号的自适应盲分离处理,根据分布式电源接入配电网电压波动信号的能量谱进行频谱偏移特征分析,采用统计信息分析方法进行配电网电压波动的高分辨谱特征提取和识别,实现配电网电压波动检测。仿真结果表明,所提方法能有效实现分布式电源接入对配电网电压波动的影响,提高电压波动的量化检测能力。
A method for monitoring the impact of distributed generation access upon voltage fluctuation of the distribution network based on harmonic oscillation suppression and signal statistical detection was proposed in order to analyze such impact.Self-adaptive blind separation was carried out on the voltage fluctuation signal of the distribution network in the distributed generation access configuration method.Frequency spectrum shift characteristics were analyzed according to the energy spectrum of the voltage fluctuation signals of the distributed generation connected to the distribution network.High-resolution spectral features of voltage fluctuation of the distribution network were extracted and identified in the statistical information analysis method to realize detection of voltage fluctuation of the distribution network.Simulation results indicated that the proposed approach could effectively analyze the impact of distributed generation access upon voltage fluctuation of the distribution network and improve the capability of quantitative detection of voltage fluctuation.
