摘要
为调和配电网建设经济性和可靠性的矛盾,提高投资效益,提出一种基于NSGA2算法的配电网投资规划方法。将配电网可靠性成本曲线按提升措施类型分解,以规划方案总成本最低和可靠性提升最高为目标,采用NSGA2算法求取Pareto最优解集,通过满意度评价,选择最合适的配网投资规划方案。通过W市配电网的实例,验证了方法的有效性。
In order to reconcile the contradiction between economy and reliability of distribution network construction and achieve better investment returns,an investment planning approach for distribution networks based on NSGA2 algorithm was proposed.The reliability cost curve of the distribution network was decomposed according to the type of improvement measures.Aiming at minimal total cost and maximal reliability of the planning scheme,the Pareto optimal solution set was obtained by adopting NSGA2 algorithm,and the most suitable investment planning scheme was selected through satisfaction evaluation.The validity of the proposed method was verified by the example of a distribution network in W city.
